I woke up on Monday morning full of energy and the energy increased further during the day. I felt compelled to contact a lot of people spontaneously to arrange to meet them, because I seemed to be overflowing with energy and I remember that you said something about passing it on. Everyone around me was energized and we laughed a lot. When I did the sounds meditation again RAM in particular was very very strong. My husband was impressed with the difference in power and pitch between the different levels, he's going to be joining you at the next opportunity. On Sunday before I reached home I also had the opportunity to test my patience and acceptance (the cards I drew) as someone I was supposed to meet suddenly needed to change plans. I did not get annoyed at all as I usually did before. Thanks again.
