Spiritual Evolution
We are living in a fantastic era for the human being. Whether we are aware or not we have a lot to do with how evolution unfolds here on earth and we have it in our power to change the world by changing ourselves. Spiritual evolution is about deliberate development and expansion of the interior psyche, our consciousness. We are actually in the process of re-birthing ourselves and all the accelerating crisis of our age are but manifestations of our challenge to consciously evolve. There is a Sufi proverb that says: God sleeps in the rock, dreams in the plant, stirs in the animal and awakens in human. Today God is awakening in the human. The same saying is found in the ancient Indian Vedic scriptures. As we evolve we are in intimate relationship with God the Creator of the universe and as we awaken to our true identity anything becomes possible for us. We can literally create miracles.

a much higher frequency than our dense physical body. Our bodies need
to adapt to the ever changing higher frequency energies that are
surrounding us. The more we evolve spiritually the more we can develop
our light body the less we suffer from pain, discomfort and disease.
